Our Mat Pilates class is equally suited for those who are new to Pilates and for the more experienced. In this class we will blend the classic principles of Pilates with the added challenge of props such as foam rollers, hand weights, and chi balls. Mat work is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness; with each session focusing on controlled movements, core stability, and good alignment. Expect a complete-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more balanced, and centred.
