Our classes are limited to 21 participants to ensure 4sqm per person, allowing for everyone to have a comfortable experience.  Therefore it is important to book your classes, as we can not guarantee that we can accommodate any walk-ins.

Please bring your own Yoga mat, and a towel or blanket to lay over our Yoga bolsters if you are likely to use one.
(You can borrow a mat from us if you need).

Our doors will open 15 minutes before the start of class (10 minutes before for our 6am classes). If there is a class finishing just prior to the start of your class, we recommend that you wait outside, or in your car, to give the previous class participants the opportunity to leave the studio first. 
This will assist with social distancing, reducing the number of people in the reception area. 

It is important that you cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before class, if you can not make it.
This will give other students on the wait list an opportunity to join the class. 

Please be aware that if you cancel within two hours, or do not attend your reserved class, your class pass will still be charged for the class.
For unlimited and Direct Debit memberships, cancellations within two hours or non-attendance for your booking will incur a $15 fee.
(This also applies to the unlimited trial).

If you can't make it to class, we have a library of over 200 pre-recorded classes which you can access through our content library. Simply purchase our 1 or 7 day pass, and then click on the 'Content Library" tab.

(The content library is included in unlimited memberships, no purchase necessary)
