Hatha is a static (non-vinyasa) practice. It is focused on connecting the body and mind with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability. Asanas (poses) will be held for several breaths, allowing students to truly experience how the asana feels within their own body.
Our teacher will offer a variety of modifications to encourage the participation of every body.
Suggestions will also be made for more challenging variations for students who are keen to advance their physical practice.
