Vinyasa is a flowing practice, synchronising the movements with the breath. It is an invigorating and dynamic experience, enhancing endurance, strength and flexibility. Poses are generally held for shorter periods of time with an emphasis on the rhythm of the breath, with the purpose of focusing the mind.

Our teacher will offer a variety of modifications to encourage the participation of every body.
Suggestions will also be made for more challenging variations for students who are keen to advance their physical practice.
