This class uses massage therapy balls for trigger point release.  During practice we will target connective tissue called fascia in different areas of the body. Fascial release helps to improve the hydration and slide and glide of tissues, in turn reducing the feeling of  tightness, restriction and tension in muscles. Learn self massage techniques to help improve mobility, circulation, posture and reduce stress. This class is suitable for anyone from office workers to athletes.
