This is a hands-free Hatha yoga practice that avoids all weight-bearing poses on the hands, wrists and arms. This means no tabletops, downdogs, planks or chaturangas.

This is perfect for anyone working through wrist or shoulder injuries, or perhaps you just want to give the wrists, arms and shoulders a little break.

This class is great for beginners, but suitable for all levels.
