Yin is a healing practice focused on realigning and stretching the connective tissues of the body. Students will experience long held stretches, whilst the body responds by making the tissues longer and stronger. Yin is a quiet practice, cultivating a meditative mind.

Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels.
