Yin/Yang is a blend of two opposing energies. ‘Yang’ is dedicated to a more invigorating asana practice,  ‘Yin’ utilises long held deep stretches which will cultivate not only flexibility but also a meditative mind. Students will experience both of these in this class.

Yin/Yang is suitable for all levels.
